**What do you like best about VES Virtual?**

VES Virtual is a platform hectic to use and navigate; it feels like nature. The virtual reality experience is not immersing me and bringing a poor level of work. The visuals are cumbersome.

**What do you dislike about VES Virtual?**

The poor quality is disturbing the experience. The customer support team needs to be quick to respond and helpful to ensure  that any concerns or questions are solved promptly. It's a bit frustrating that there aren't many customization options available in VES Virtual and the features feel a bit limited.

**What problems is VES Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does not cater well to the varying needs of businesses. The user interface needs to be more intuitive as it is difficult to navigate. I have also encountered delays and unresponsiveness from their customer support team at times, which leaves me feeling unsupported and a little exasperated.
