**What do you like best about Veryon Tracking?**

It is user friendly for mechanics who generally are not computer savvy.  I can easily get a good overview of the status of my fleet from a quick look at my dashboard.  Damon Wright has been very helpful at helping me find the features i am looking for and gives great advice on other ways to use the program.

**What do you dislike about Veryon Tracking?**

I really haven't come across anything.  Usually if im frustrated with something its usually my own fault and customer support got me on the right track.

**What problems is Veryon Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is keeping me more up to date on upcoming maintenance.  Im able to better plan for maintenance when my aircraft have down time.

**What do you like best about Veryon Tracking?**

I love how easy to use and diverse Veryon is.  If its tracking aircraft inspection requirements, or inventorying parts, they have it all.  I recently thought I lost infomration.  I reached out to tech support, and they were able to help me find the information.  They are always available and I'm learning there is no wrong click, the information is still there.  I use Veryon every day at work.  It's great, the customer service is the best.

**What do you dislike about Veryon Tracking?**

I don't have anything I dislike about Veryon.  If they don't offer something, it's probably that I just haven't come across where it is on the platform.  They have it, I just have to find it.

**What problems is Veryon Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My only problem is I haven't learned everything Veryon has to offer.

**What do you like best about Veryon Tracking?**

Our engineers can access Veryon from anywhere they have wifi capabilities. We have aircraft in multiple countries in varying time zones. The ease of use while they are at our HQ or in a remote location means we can access the work they have completed in a timely manner. Ensuring all components are as up to date as possible so we continue to fly safely, for our employees, contractors and customers!

**What do you dislike about Veryon Tracking?**

Our biggest dislikes are the inability to track RIN/Cycle requirements for the different helicopters we operate as well as main components and their sub assemblies are bulky and cumbersome for our engineers to swap out and replace parts in the field. We, of course, have work arounds for both of these issues, but would love for Veryon to have more capibilities with rotorcraft requirements.

We switched to Veryon Tracking (formerly FlightDocs) from excel maintenance tracking. Veryon has reduced the amount of human error issues and has increased our due listing visibilities.

Ease of logging on and finding info needed, can find features that help out and easy to use and find parts in my system.  I use it every day checking on the aircraft I have and updating times to have them current

Only find some times that I have to figure anworkaround to do what I am tring to do

**What do you like best about Veryon Tracking?**

Great product support. Veryon tech pubs can be directly tied to the system . Its easy to use and can be intergrated to Avianis for time tracking etc. The attachment feature is great with adding ADs and manual referances .

**What do you dislike about Veryon Tracking?**

I wish items listed as inspections could have the part number and serial numbers added. For example starter brush checks . You can add the sn information to the sign off but it dosent show on the line unless you make it a part. If you were to rob that starter it would be great for records to have all constraints available for the rob for the papeerwork to recieve it for another aircraft. You cound say the same on a prop hub NDI inspection. No place to add the part number and sn unless its changed from an inspection to a part. Robs do take place and its overlooked on the recieving side of things. CASP/CASS report function could benifit from this.

**What do you like best about Veryon Tracking?**

The system is versitile and easy to use. Issues are quickly resolved easily through the submission of a Customer Support Ticket or via telephone. Very knowledgeable staff and analyists. Ability to upload  and house aircraft documentation (manuals/MEL's). On boarding a new aircraft is easy, great job!

**What do you dislike about Veryon Tracking?**

We have noticed a decline in aircraft knowledgeable personell at the data entry area. The personell are fantastic, but aviation savy is minimal. Aviaition is unlike any other business when it comes to data entry, it takes time to learn the do's and don'ts.

**What problems is Veryon Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with Veryon is very easy, knowledge of the produce is great. Veryon is there to help and they do.

**What do you like best about Veryon Tracking?**

The system is the most user friendly, and you have a 24/7 contact number if you need help. The other tracking systems you have get an analyst that might not always be available as they have multiple aircraft. 

Also, being able to send in your work package to Veryon is a great tool to update and spot check me if I update the aircraft

**What do you dislike about Veryon Tracking?**

Wish there was a way to see next due by calendar, hours, and cycles like CAMP has on their top right screen.

**What problems is Veryon Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New SB, AD, and program revisions. When it is posted I am notified and don't have to worry about double checking

Staying in compliance is a must.  The Airworthiness Directive and Service Bulletin notifications & reviews are a great value.
Customer support has always been top notch.

**What do you dislike about Veryon Tracking?**

Not really a downside; however, the Veryon (Flightdocs) system wasn't as well known by most maintenance providers.  CAMP is still an assummed program by many MROs.  It is definetly getting more to the forefront of the industry.

**What problems is Veryon Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is becoming more known in the industry which helps me manage maintenance visits and ensures the compliance of the inspection requirements get documented properly.

Instant response to phone calls is great. Parts tracking system is a plus.

If you open coming due from the maintenance information center you will only get those items even if you go to due list in maintenance . You then need to open something else and close it to get the full due list.

**What problems is Veryon Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows the whole flight department access to aircraft status. Preflight checklists can be performed on your phone.

Updating times and cycles, is a bit cumbersome. I always get a notice saying it is out of tolerance.

Maintenance tracking is the only thing we use veryon for.
