Most restaurant and hotel managers know they should document. A late cook, a burn at the fryer, a guest who slipped in the lobby. But the paperwork happens days later, from memory, on a form nobody can find. When an insurer, a workers' comp carrier or a lawyer asks for it, it isn't there. very cool report turns that into a 5-minute habit. The manager taps the mic and says what happened, in their own words, or types it. The app then asks only the questions that report needs: who, when, where, witnesses, what was done. Then the report is signed and sealed, and a PDF copy goes out by email. Four reports, one place: - Write-up: verbal, written or final written warning, with the facts and the rule broken. - Termination: reason, prior record and who was in the room. - Incident: employee injury or guest injury (premises liability), and the care given. - Near miss: what almost happened, how bad it could have been, and the fix. Every employee keeps a history of past write-ups, so a termination is backed by the record behind it. The account holder sees every location and manager in one dashboard and can invite managers. Built for hotels too: guest involved, room number, hotel departments and positions, and an OSHA case for hotels that keep an OSHA 300 log. Made for the owner or manager of one or two restaurants, cafés or small hotels in the USA, with a Spanish edition for Mexico. Works on phone, tablet and computer. No training needed: if a manager can leave a voice message, they can write a report. very cool report is documentation software, not legal advice.
