Verwaltly is an AI mailbox assistant for German property management companies (Hausverwaltungen) using Outlook / Microsoft 365. It sorts incoming emails by property, topic and urgency, prepares reply drafts from the company’s own text templates, and shows a monthly report on the estimated email workload per property. Verwaltly never sends emails itself; every draft is reviewed and sent by the user.
