We understand your desire to test your candidates ability using typing tests, and we are so happy that we have now added a typing test question type to our platform. Employers typically assess the typing speed and accuracy of candidates, as an initial step in their recruitment process for certain roles. Instead of having to use a third-party resource for this step, you can now implement this feature right into your Vervoe assessments!

We understand your desire to filter the candidates you view in your lists, especially after hiring or rejecting. To solve this issue, we have released a Tag and Filter feature. Candidate tagging allows you to create unique tags in your account, with the text of your choosing that can be assigned to candidates to help keep track of their progress during the hiring and selection process. After tagging candidates, you can filter your results by tag. If you only want to view candidates that have a certain tag (eg Active/Hired/Rejected), you can update your results display.

We also really appreciate your feedback about auto-graded tests. The great news (and a huge benefit of using Vervoe) is our AI actually grades all assessments! Once sample answers are provided, the AI is able to grade and then rank all candidates based on performance, which also helps eliminate bias.
