Verveware is an EVV Platform built from the ground up for non-medical home care. Verveware is a modern EVV and home care management platform supporting Medicaid, private pay, and VA billing. It connects directly to state EVV aggregators, tracks visit compliance, streamlines scheduling and caregiver workflows, and provides clear billing visibility across payers—helping agencies reduce errors, prevent claim rejections, and get paid faster. Most, if not all, EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) systems have been converted from hospital/medical use to try and meet the needs of the home care industry. These systems have not been created with the homecare industry in mind and those who work within that space. The current software landscape is not well optimized, not well maintained, and was made in the 1990s. There are multiple limitations, excessive screens/menus, a staggering amount of button clicks, and missed automation opportunities, as well as user accessibility issues in the current software available. Verveware is built with a bottoms-up approach. It is built around the Caregivers/Clients, where the actual value is the service provided.
