VerusTrust Licensing is a cloud-based software licensing platform that helps software vendors protect, control and monetize their products. Development teams use it to issue and validate license keys, enforce entitlements, and track how their software is actually used, without building and maintaining a license server of their own. A universal, platform-agnostic API integrates with any tech stack, so licensing logic can be added to desktop, web, embedded or on-premise products in days instead of months. Full documentation is available for developers. Every licensing model is supported and can be combined: perpetual, time-based subscription, concurrent or floating, consumption-based or metered, user-based and feature-based. Vendors can package and bundle features, apply consumption-based billing, and automate license renewals and updates for their customers. The web app gives a single place to create licenses, monitor usage and disable specific licenses at any time. Reporting shows which features are used, for how long and by how many users, turning licensing data into product insight. The API can validate licenses, limit usage of individual parts of a product, and restrict how many devices can run it at once, which protects against piracy and license misuse. Licensing contracts can optionally be anchored with blockchain smart contracts for immutable, transparent agreements. The platform is built and hosted on Microsoft Azure, with enterprise-grade security and reliability, and scales from a single product to complex enterprise requirements. A full-feature free plan is available with no payment method required, so teams can test every capability before committing.
