I love how seamless Vertice makes the whole process of contract and pricing negotiation. The presence of dedicated account/sales and procurement managers significantly enhances my experience, making interactions not just transactional but more like a partnership aiming for mutual goals. This relationship-building aspect is vital as it injects enjoyment, especially when discussions become tedious. I appreciate how easy it is to hand over renewal needs for negotiation, allowing me to catch up later just in time to make decisions. This efficiency and seamless integration save me a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on back-and-forth emails.
