Friendly and easy to navigate UI for users who haven't used a similar platform before. There were many integrations like Slack etc to ensure visibility and easy tech stack connection. In terms of support and onboarding, it was seamless and easy when you have a very good team from Vertice to work with especially from Zero to One.
