Over the past two years, Vertice has been a key partner for us, consistently delivering cost savings of around 13% on average and taking care of SaaS negotiations end to end. Beyond the savings, they’ve helped us keep a much more organized SaaS stack and gain better visibility into what we have and when renewals are coming up. The platform itself is useful for tracking total spend and savings breakdowns, and the benchmarking data is especially valuable when evaluating vendors and negotiating contracts. The platform has been improving significantly, which makes the whole process of SaaS management convenient and straightforward. They are highly supportive and proactive, taking ownership of renewals and making themselves available whenever meetings or input are needed. The Platform is very simple to use, easy to see what is assigned to myself and others.
