I really like their communication, they are always updating us with the progress and definitely listens to our feedback.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I don't have any issues with them, just a small remark about calculating savings but like I said they are listening to our arguments on how we should calculate those savings

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are negotiating new and existing contracts and getting lower prices. This benefits us by saving our time and cutting costs.

  ### 2. A Valued Partner

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Working with Vertice for our SaaS suppliers has been extremely positive. The highest compliment I could pay is to say that it's like having another member of the team. Rachelle and Ben ensure we catch up regularly and the cost savings have been substantial with the help of their expertise. Thanks both!

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

There isn't anything at this point that I dislike.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice give us an expert in the field and this is invaluable. They know the market and can add a lot of value from that alone. Rachelle in particular has developed a great working relationship with the team heads and we are in contact at least weekly.

Procurement support, platform and customer service. They really listen to their customers feedback on the product and have a genuine desire to improve the customer experience and value.

The first time you go through the flow, there's a slight learning curve. Some of the features could be improved in usability, but it's not difficult to use by any means.

Organization around contracts. Negotiation strategy and assistance to target cost reductions.

  ### 6. Centralized SaaS Spend Tracking with Great Support and Real Savings

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

The biggest challenge has been training other members of our organization to embrace and adopt the solution.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us stay organized by reviewing contract terms, engaging the vendor to take some of the burden off our team, flagging upcoming renewals, and improving our workflows overall.

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The platform brings together a smart workflow engine, strong market knowledge, and solid contract management capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

The workflow engine (UX) requires some improvement. Page timeouts can often hinder progress when updating records / views.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Triple Point has moved from an unstructured contract management process with very loose governance to a structured, clearly defined approach that introduces accountability and a full contract lifecycle.

  ### 9. Vertice Reps Go Above and Beyond on Contracts and Process Improvements

Representatives at Vertice goes above and beyond in helping out to better lay out contracts and also educate us on improvements we can make to our process.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

There are a lot of meetings but they are focused and a lot of value is generated from them.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice is helping us hold ourselves to the commitments we make for contracts and also to leverage huge savings that in the past we let just pass us by. It is amazing to see how much is saved in each contract and it is easy to view in their dashboard.

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

It removes the complexity of keeping track of all our costs and helps us monitor them more easily.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

There isn’t really anything specific to point to, it has genuinely improved the way we work.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a relief not having to constantly keep track of agreements, deadlines, and everything else, and being able to rely on someone else to take care of it.

  ### 11. Great Renewal Pricing Insights and Smooth, Easy Platform Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

We get great pricing on renewals, along with relevant alternative suggestions. We also receive useful information on industry-wide pricing, which helps with decision-making. The integration with the platform was smooth and easy, and the system itself is straightforward to use and understand. Onboarding new team members was fast as well.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

There is a need to improve the dashboard to cover filtering options that eventually needed to be a CSV export

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It organizes our renewals so they aren’t dependent on a calendar reminder. It also acts like an expert negotiator, filling the gap in negotiation expertise that not all of our employees have.

  ### 12. Vertice Delivers Real SaaS Savings with Effortless Renewals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

What I appreciate most is how Vertice acts as a true extension of our team during vendor negotiations. Their team comes to the table with pricing benchmarks and insights we wouldn't have access to otherwise, which has led to tangible cost savings on our SaaS contracts. Vertice streamlines the renewal process, giving us the confidence that we’re getting the best possible deal without having to do the heavy lifting ourselves.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

There is nothing that I can point to that I dislike about Vertice.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit has been reclaiming our internal bandwidth and price savings through price transparency and benchmarking insights.

  ### 13. Real savings in just 4 months

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

We brought Vertice in about four months ago and it's been a great decision. What's made the biggest difference in lowering spend is the procurement service they offer and the benchmarking data, which has translated into genuine savings already.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

The platform itself is good, though it could use a bit of work to make the UI more intuitive. However, this is more than compensated by the great level of service and responsiveness of the team at Vertice.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lowering spend, centralising contracts and saving us time in vendor negotiations. So far they've been doing great across the board!

  ### 14. Great Platform Backed by an Exceptionally Committed Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier F. | Controlador financiero, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The platform is very good, but it’s the team’s commitment that truly makes the difference.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Nothing to report at the moment. We are happy with the service.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The monitoring of subscription expirations is very effective. In my view, the real added value lies in their expertise in negotiating with a wide range of vendors, as well as the pricing benchmarks they apply.

  ### 15. Essential Tool for Contract Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea L. | Chief of Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I like that Vertice is easy to use. The team is involved and always available, whether by email or chat, and they respond to our concerns quickly. I also like the weekly follow-ups, which are very useful.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Once the negotiation is done, I would like to have a summary of the final information to make decisions better. A table with the initial information and the final information for comparison would be helpful.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vertice as a contract repository to track contracts, ensure traceability, and prevent missing renewal dates. It helps me negotiate SaaS contracts better.

  ### 16. Delivers real cost savings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Head of Service Delivery, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Takes some time after onboarding and initial payment to realise the cost savings

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice are providing a consolidated platform for tracking all our SaaS spend and contract renewals. They are also bringing their expertise in negotiating the best costs for our SaaS vendors

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I like how the information is organised including the relevant documents attached. Also the workflows are useful in our process. Easy to comment and follow progress. The logos displayed for each contract vendor are a nice addition and I actually find this reference useful in managing our contract list.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Nothing major to dislike. There are a few fields that could be added but no big deal and can be addressed.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It centralizes and structures the software contract renewal process. It helps in the planning and not being last minute for some renewals

  ### 18. Contract Renewals & New Purchases: Vertice save us time and money!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The team at Vertice are super engaging and genuinely want to help their customers do better and in my case, save our team time and money during negotiations.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I am aware that Vertice have a lot of different clients meaning sometimes it can be tricky aligning on and executing projects that have a tight turnaround. That said, this is a rare occurrence!

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team is strapped resource-wise at the moment and Vertice are filling this gap for us. We are free to focus on core competencies within the business and Vertice pick up the workload associated with contract renewals.

  ### 19. The platform provides valuable sturcture, the humans provide valuable actions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean G. | Sr Director Applied AI, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The support we get from Vertice is amazing. Previous apps that have filled this role did not have the human side of the equation ironed out.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Any new tool involves a learning curve. Vertice is pretty easy to use, but in fairness it is yet another tool.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

App consolidation, vendor management, negotiations, and pricing guidelines. Pretty comprehensive.

  ### 20. Highly Responsive Team Support and Intuitive Onboarding Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

One of the most valuable aspects of this company is the strength of its team support, particularly in account and procurement management. They have been highly responsive to our requests, consistently come prepared for meetings with useful insights, and have made the transition process smooth. While we are still in the learning and onboarding phase, the platform has been intuitive and easy to use so far.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

We have not experienced any downsides at this time.

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I wish the reporting was more accessible for admins. It would be nice to be able to pull reports for forecasting

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us negotiate big spend contracts and save money. Also never missing a renewal!

  ### 22. They Handle the Heavy Lifting, but the Workflow Could Be Easier for Quick Subscription Changes

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I like that, for the most part, they do all the heavy lifting for me. I just do monthly check-ins to make sure everything is being handled properly and that they’re getting the best deals. Then I can sit back while they fight for the best price.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I wish the workflow were easier to navigate when I just need to quickly push through a small subscription we already have.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously worked with a different procurement team, and Vertice has proven to be much easier to use. Communication has also been far better.

  ### 23. Consolidated IT Spend and Smooth Workflows with Great Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

One Platform for consolidated IT spend. Workflows helping IT to funnel all purchases and renewals through one process. Support and onboarding has been great.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Seems like the platform struggle a bit when multiple users are uploading contracts to Vertice. Some flaws in the AI. Example: Tha AI did not aggregate the total contract commitment for vendors with multiple contracts.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice helps the IT department capturing IT spend in all departments in our company. Vertice also gives clear overview of cost savings. It is also valuable to get insight in contract renewal dates.

  ### 24. Vertice drives better SaaS management

No downsides to using Vertice. The service pays for itself.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing greater organisation to the procurement process and saving money on SaaS spend.

  ### 25. Exceptional Expertise and Cutting-Edge AI Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean B. | Digital Commercial Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The level of expertise here is truly exceptional. I greatly appreciate the support offered by the entire team. The technology provided is both insightful and cutting-edge, especially with the recent integration of AI, which has further improved the overall experience and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I wouldn't say I dislike Vertice in any way.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Savings are a primary focus, and Vertice excels at helping us achieve this objective. In addition to their expertise in cost reduction, they provide valuable insights into deal structures and strategies for future-proofing our technology platform and baseline costs, extending their support well beyond just the current financial year.

  ### 26. Good product, a few tweaks could make it great.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott W. | Head of Cloud and Security Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice has been straightforward to roll out across the business. The interface is clean and intuitive, so people don’t need extensive training to get value from it. We’ve quickly seen the financial impact too - the savings and insights it provides are tangible, which makes adoption an easy win internally.

The customer success and procurement teams that support us are excellent! They respond quickly, share practical guidance, and clearly understand how to maximize the benefits of the platform for our organisation. I'm personally in and using it all the time!

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

There are a few areas where the platform could be smoother. The interface can feel sluggish at times, and duplicate notifications (for example, being tagged in a comment and also receiving a “new comment” alert) can be a bit annoying. Managing contract renewals is also slightly clunky - once a contract is renewed, the details you previously entered don’t carry over, so you are essentially starting from scratch.

In addition, the product catalog tied to contracts isn’t always accurate, with some items missing or mismatched. Support is generally helpful, but since it’s based in a different region to us, responses can occasionally be delayed.

That said, Vertice is very receptive to customer input. They take enhancement requests seriously and actively log feedback, which gives confidence that these issues are being addressed over time. I've already seen this play out with a recent update to the Slack integration and notifications, which is very straight forward and easy to configure.

While the above looks like a long list, it doesn't detract from any of the cost saving benefits and are any issues I've found are relatively minor in scale.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For most organizations, managing SaaS and software contracts is a fragmented, time-consuming process. For a small business without a procurement team, juggling dozens (or hundreds) of vendors, each with different renewal cycles, pricing structures, and usage patterns is incredibly time consuming.

This also creates common challenges:

Limited visibility
Wasted spend
Inefficient negotiations
Administrative burden

Vertice addresses these issues by centralising contract management, providing benchmarked data for smarter negotiations, and automating renewals and visibility across departments. In short, it helps businesses cut unnecessary spend, reduce administrative friction, and gain better control over their SaaS and software portfolio.

  ### 27. Negotiations Off My Plate, Vendor Contracts Finally Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

They take negotiation work off my plate. We're also much more organized with our vendor contracts now.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I think looping Vertice into the existing conversation is a bit tricky. Discounts and positioning have already been provided, but the savings credit still goes to Vertice when the deal is finalized.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to lack organization with contracts, and that is no longer the case. For negotiations moving forward, knowing that it will not require as much of a time commitment from me is a huge benefit.

  ### 28. A Great tool. Seeing ROI within 30 days

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The platform is very slick and easy to navigate, with everything in one place. The new AI features are a real standout as well—they save even more time by quickly surfacing key insights and helping prioritise the most valuable opportunities, so less time is spent manually analysing data and more time can be spent taking action.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Could do with some more reporting features.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main objective is to create savings on our current SAAS spend and ensure best valye for all new SAAS subcriptions moving forwards.

  ### 29. Convenient, User-Friendly Platform with a Great Interface

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

The convenience and user interface of the platform

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I wish there was more workflow functionality / room for integrations with other platforms

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving costs, Negotiating with 3rd parties, Building a more convenient system that builds security/ data compliance review more fluidly into the procurement process

  ### 30. Helpful Vendor Negotiation Support and Clear Renewal Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vendor negotiation support is really helpful, and renewal management is also nice to see when contracts are coming up to be renewed so that we are not stuck not using the product when we didnt know the contract was ending

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

the platform could be a little complex at first when looking at the database, smaller contracts dont feel like they need to be added.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pricing of vendors and also just visibility into all contracts we have in one place

  ### 31. Offer Has Been an Amazing, Truly Professional Part of Our Team

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Working with Offer, our procurement manager, has been absolutely amazing. I genuinely don’t know how we managed without him before. He’s kind, extremely professional, and he’s truly become a real part of the team.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

The platform can be cumbersome at times.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice addresses the issue of vendors assuming they can hold us hostage no matter what, and it has brought negotiation into our organization in a way that feels both highly professional and genuinely accessible.

  ### 32. Vertice Streamlines Workflows with Intuitive UI, Seamless Integrations, and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice stands out for its intuitive interface, seamless integrations, and time-saving automation features that have significantly streamlined our workflow and improved overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

While Vertice is highly effective overall, there’s an opportunity to further enhance its value through expanded integrations—something the team is already addressing with regularly released connectors.

  ### 33. Seamless Process Elevating Procurement Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee A.

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I love how seamless Vertice makes the whole process of contract and pricing negotiation. The presence of dedicated account/sales and procurement managers significantly enhances my experience, making interactions not just transactional but more like a partnership aiming for mutual goals. This relationship-building aspect is vital as it injects enjoyment, especially when discussions become tedious. I appreciate how easy it is to hand over renewal needs for negotiation, allowing me to catch up later just in time to make decisions. This efficiency and seamless integration save me a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on back-and-forth emails. The transition is streamlined with basic integrations like those with Slack, and the initial setup was pretty straightforward. The lovely nature of the managers adds a layer of satisfaction, making the experience enjoyable and more productive.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

I haven't identified any major issues with Vertice so far. However, it would be beneficial if Vertice could expand its capabilities to include features like Vendor Assessment Questionnaires or Vendor Assessment. This addition would streamline the procurement process, providing a more comprehensive service experience from negotiations to onboarding.

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vertice to streamline contract and pricing negotiations, reducing time spent on back-and-forth communications, making the process seamless and efficient.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaitlin D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

I use Vertice for SAAS procurement, contract negotiation, and cost optimization. One of the things I love most is the visibility to upcoming renewals, which helps with planning, budgeting, and workflow. The initial setup was very pleasant because of the great team that was flexible and willing to do extra custom development to make it work for us. We've loved working with them.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

There can sometimes be a bit of a barrier in getting people to actually log in and use the platform for its workflow capabilities. We're liking the Slackbot and would like to effectively only use the Slackbot for all tasks and have the people in the platform be just administrators.

  ### 50. Vertice transformed our software spend management and delivered immediate ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher J. | VP of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Vertice?**

Vertice has been instrumental in helping us get control of our software spend, delivering immediate cost savings from day one. The platform provides excellent market intelligence that helps us negotiate better deals. Their workflows have actually replaced several internally-built systems we were using, streamlining our processes significantly. The team at Vertice is fantastic - they're knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. The AI capabilities are also impressive and add real value to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Vertice?**

Honestly, I don't have any significant complaints about Vertice. The platform and service have met or exceeded our expectations across the board. If I had to be critical, perhaps there's always room for more features or integrations, but nothing that impacts our positive experience with the platform

**What problems is Vertice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vertice is solving several critical business challenges for us. First and foremost, we previously lacked visibility and control over our software spend - Vertice gave us complete transparency and governance over our SaaS portfolio. This has streamlined our operations significantly by consolidating multiple internal systems into one platform. Their workflows have replaced our homegrown procurement and renewal tracking tools, saving us maintenance costs and improving efficiency.
The platform's market intelligence solves our information asymmetry problem during negotiations - we now know fair market prices and can negotiate from a position of strength. This has delivered immediate cost savings on renewals and new purchases.
Additionally, Vertice's AI capabilities help us identify optimization opportunities we would have missed, like duplicate subscriptions or underutilized licenses. Having their expert team available also means we're never stuck trying to figure things out alone. Overall, Vertice has transformed our software procurement from a reactive, fragmented process into a proactive, streamlined operation that delivers measurable ROI.
