They also have a great team that works hard on the relationship and assures that the go to market time is quick. **What do you dislike about Vertical Insure?** VI has executed on all levels, so much so that I don't have any complaints. **What problems is Vertical Insure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Traditional travel insurance providers make it almost impossible to communicate with them. They require 5 meetings and they never remember what they covered in the prior meeting. They typical have old APIs, if they even offer one at all. They also make it super difficult for the guest to submit a claim. I work hard to get new guests and new customers, all of my partners need to reflect the service levels I would expect. VI exceeds my expectations, in nearly every area. ### 2. They coordinated with us at every step of the implementation to ensure a successful launch. **What do you dislike about Vertical Insure?** The technical documentation is a bit behind, and the examples are sometimes incorrect. We ran into development issues because of it, but the technical team addressed them quickly. **What problems is Vertical Insure solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vertical Insure allows us to offer insurance products directly to our customers through our platform. We were able to expand our features and offerings, especially liability insurance, which some of our event organizers require. ### 3. This is a poor form UX when you are required to enter a minimum number of characters before you can move to the next question. **What problems is Vertical Insure solving and how is that benefiting you?** VI provides solutions for our clients to help ensure tuition fees are paid and that annual budgets don’t fall short when families miss or delay payments. ### 4.
