Our go-to Verse team member, Joshua, is always quick to assist us whenever we have a question or concern. Unlike most companies who will check in on you once in a blue moon after signing on with them, our Verse team meets with us EVERY week to go over stats, progress, and adjustments to make sure we are getting the most out of their service and bringing in the best quality of qualified leads. Furthermore, I titled this review 0 to 100 because before we partnered with Verse, we were getting (comparatively) abysmal amounts of calls each day. As soon as we started working with Verse, our phone lines started ringing non-stop daily! I cannot recommend them enough. From the work they do to the team that they have, Verse is an absolute All-Star company! **What do you dislike about Verse.ai?** Absolutely no complaints other than that I wish we had found them sooner! **What problems is Verse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our initial issue was that our call center was not getting the number of calls we needed. The customer service team is excellent and will work with you to get the software configured how you want it. **What do you dislike about Verse.ai?** My biggest disappointment was that there really was not much of a human element. This is very much an automated software and my expectation was that once a lead replied, Verse had a human doing the interaction. Further, the setup process is a bit lengthy and there was some time in the beginning that was a bit of a waste as leads were either "qualified" way too quickly, or incorrectly marked as non-qualified. **What problems is Verse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem that Verse solved was that leads are "hottest" the minute they come in. When I had questions, they were quick to respond. **What do you dislike about Verse.ai?** They did a pretty good job of following up, but also dropped the ball several times when conversing with leads. They insisted that once a lead started conversing, that a human took over, but seeing some of the responses, I had my doubts. They convert pretty similar to other similar companies based on my experience (I've tried a handful by now), but charge more than others. I just ended my contract with them, and am having better results elsewhere for less money, and now they are only helping bigger teams. Mike M is awesome! Moving on from there, I love that I don't have to worry about being the one to reach out to all the leads the minute they come through. I work pretty much on my own and it's a huge relief to know that there's almost immediate communication to catch these people while they're still engaged in what they're doing on their computer or phone. The response rate has been quite gratifying and easy to manage. I love having an "Assistant". Alex is on it! **What do you dislike about Verse.ai?** Nothing at the moment. I also think it would be good to match a client record by first/last names and phone numbers as well as email. It would reduce the number of duplicate records and having a client reached out to multiple times. **Recommendations to others considering Verse.ai:** The team at Verse has been wonderful to work with and quick to address any issues that may arise. As the only person who handles internet leads and requests at our company, the support Verse offers me has been so valuable to my work-life balance. **What problems is Verse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have had a few hiccups in the way some clients have been responded to, for example if we have a complaint come through. I do give kudos to the ISAs though, once a client asks a pointed question on if they have reviewed the client's original request, they are usually able to get the conversation turned around. I also love being able to review the text chat, it gives a much better sense of the client's needs. We are a company using to help our eBusiness department reach out to internet leads. This has led to less burnout on my team because reps don't have to deal with unsavory customers who just want to be taken off of our sales lists and things like that. Huge lift for inside sales team **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Trevor H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2020 **What do you like best about Verse.ai?** Verse as truly transformed my inside sales team.  After adding Verse to our funnel, 40% of the customers my inside sales team talks to are converted into opportunities in our CRM.  We work out of Salesforce and the data they zap back to us makes it really easy to manage everything out of our existing system. **What do you dislike about Verse.ai?** While the tech integration is really easy to plugin with Salesforce (zapier), we set our system up with some different fields, vocab, funnel stages before we worked with Verse.  We've had to create a lot of new automations to get everything working in our company's format.  I don't see this as Verse's fault at all though.  It's jut the nature of plugging in a new front line sales team into a mature existing system.  The tradeoff that we get in customer experience and sales efficiency are a no brainer though. **Recommendations to others considering Verse.ai:** Spend time really understanding their system first, then think about how you want to plug it into your existing process. Use them as thought partners. We generate Real Estate leads online and when speed to lead matter, Verse is right on it. We get to see clearly the conversations they have with the lead and we have even had leads live transferred directly to our phone once they are qualified. We highly recommend Verse. **What do you dislike about Verse.ai?** We have seen that some of the leads that they label as "Disqualified" can be labeled as "Qualified" because they are legimate buyers, but may be longer down the road or further down the road in the sales cycle. We still read every conversation and then on our end we classify the lead in the category that best fits our needs. **What problems is Verse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved speed to lead and constant attempts to reach leads. I decided to start a consumer direct division of my mortgage brokerage, and knew I needed to have consistent and persistent follow-up in place since I did not have an infrastructure in place for internal employees to properly engage these leads. We were able to easily plug Verse.io in with my existing systems due to their open API connectivity, and implementation was mostly seamless. Since onboarding, Verse.io has engaged nearly 1,200 leads, with 63% of them responding and 33% of them moving on to speak with a Loan Officer on our team. 75% of these leads came through after hours when my Loan Officers would not have otherwise engaged with the leads, increasing rapport with the consumers by being able to talk to them at times that work best for them. Our ability to scale is mind blowing because our Loan Officers will be able to spend more time having quality conversations with consumers who are actually interested in our service instead of wasting their time calling, texting, and emailing these leads manually. It was a scary investment for us to make at first, but the ROI is absolutely there and much cheaper than hiring someone to do it in-house. I couldn't recommend this product enough and often refer them to others in my industry since they get me so fired up! **What do you dislike about Verse.ai?** Our implementation was a little bumpy at first because the scripting was a little off and had difficulty getting the agents to speak with the leads properly. However - the customer success team was very much on top of it and solved my issues in a timely manner. **Recommendations to others considering Verse.ai:** Make the investment, it may seem expensive at first - but it's well worth it! **What problems is Verse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to scale up our lead generation strategy in ways that would be a lot more difficult and expensive to hire a human to do for us. It's literally plug & play, and the analytics they provide are able to help me determine what lead campaigns are working best and how I can course correct very quickly. ### 21. Verse is a powerful tool for anyone that needs to follow up on 200 or more leads per month. Verse is the missing link! With 24/7 follow up using phone, text and email, the Verse team delivers consistent conversion results that allow us turn up or down traffic accommodate demand. The biggest benefit we've received by using Verse is that we have one less person on the payroll, and even if we did hire someone, they're not available 24/7.
