What do you dislike about Verse.ai?

There isn't anything that I specifically dislike about Verse, the one area of improvement I would like to see is the ability to click on the numbers reported on the Insights view to drill into those contacts. I'm sure it's on the roadmap! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Verse.ai:

This is not necessarily a good solution for the entry-level lead generator or lead buyer. Verse is a powerful tool for anyone that needs to follow up on 200 or more leads per month. What problems is Verse.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The number one problem in consumer direct marketing is contacting the lead. Verse is the missing link! With 24/7 follow up using phone, text and email, the Verse team delivers consistent conversion results that allow us turn up or down traffic accommodate demand. The biggest benefit we've received by using Verse is that we have one less person on the payroll, and even if we did hire someone, they're not available 24/7. Using Verse Insights, I know that 45% of our leads come in "after hours" and an employee is not available to speak to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verse.ai?

Great assistance from account manager, awesome dashboard, very quick to onboard and launch new verticals, and the bottom line is they schedule appointments and qualify leads at an incredible rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verse.ai?

I don't like that my only correspondence with my account manager is only email and Zoom. Would love phone and messaging support. Sometimes the human error of the reps are repeated before finally being resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What's not to like?! If I had to pick something, it is that the package is designed for people getting a good amount of inbound leads. The real value in their service lies in being able to get ahold of your leads and qualify them while you are out taking care of closing deals and taking care of the rest of the business. In the Mortgage and Real Estate industry, there is so much that needs to be done as the owner of a brokerage or even an officer or agent, that following up with leads properly and timely with our a big team to support can seem almost impossible at times.
