I love that Verse does a lot of the upfront qualifying. My company has a few hard stops that we like getting out of the way on the Verse level to ensure our internal reps only work with qualified customers. This makes it so my reps are only talking to qualified customers 24/7 365! This has led to less burnout on my team because reps don't have to deal with unsavory customers who just want to be taken off of our sales lists and things like that. Verse as truly transformed my inside sales team.  After adding Verse to our funnel, 40% of the customers my inside sales team talks to are converted into opportunities in our CRM.  We work out of Salesforce and the data they zap back to us makes it really easy to manage everything out of our existing system. While the tech integration is really easy to plugin with Salesforce (zapier), we set our system up with some different fields, vocab, funnel stages before we worked with Verse.  We've had to create a lot of new automations to get everything working in our company's format.  I don't see this as Verse's fault at all though.  It's jut the nature of plugging in a new front line sales team into a mature existing system.  The tradeoff that we get in customer experience and sales efficiency are a no brainer though. Verse takes the load off and stress off of making quick and efficient contact with our internet leads. We generate Real Estate leads online and when speed to lead matter, Verse is right on it. We have seen that some of the leads that they label as "Disqualified" can be labeled as "Qualified" because they are legimate buyers, but may be longer down the road or further down the road in the sales cycle. I signed up with Verse.io as a customer back in October 2019, and since that time, they've quickly become a critical aspect of my business strategy. I decided to start a consumer direct division of my mortgage brokerage, and knew I needed to have consistent and persistent follow-up in place since I did not have an infrastructure in place for internal employees to properly engage these leads. We were able to easily plug Verse.io in with my existing systems due to their open API connectivity, and implementation was mostly seamless. Since onboarding, Verse.io has engaged nearly 1,200 leads, with 63% of them responding and 33% of them moving on to speak with a Loan Officer on our team. 75% of these leads came through after hours when my Loan Officers would not have otherwise engaged with the leads, increasing rapport with the consumers by being able to talk to them at times that work best for them. Our ability to scale is mind blowing because our Loan Officers will be able to spend more time having quality conversations with consumers who are actually interested in our service instead of wasting their time calling, texting, and emailing these leads manually. It was a scary investment for us to make at first, but the ROI is absolutely there and much cheaper than hiring someone to do it in-house.
