**What do you like best about Verizon Secure Cloud Interconnect?**

if your phone gets stolen or simply lost, all of your contacts, pictures and data will be very safe on the cloud.

**What do you dislike about Verizon Secure Cloud Interconnect?**

The price point is a bit high..there are other great alternatives to the Verizon cloud app that offer a lot more space for the comparable amount of money.

**What problems is Verizon Secure Cloud Interconnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you need your personal or professional photos, video files, music, documents, texts, etc.and even your call logs backed up, then this tool is pretty great!

Application can sometimes timeout and items don’t fully load within the interconnect.

**What problems is Verizon Secure Cloud Interconnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier access to secure areas and benefiting from connecting via high-speed is great.
