We currently use the asset trackers for our company skid steers. We have several construction projects going on throughout a couple of states, so it is beneficial looking up on a live map where they are. Also, if any of the skid steers get stolen off a job site, we will easily be able to track them. The GPS blends into the rest of the mechanics, so I doubt a thief would notice it. I would have to say the service may be the worst part. If the skid steers are being stored in a storage building, the GPS will not be able to get a satellite signal. Therefore it won't ping on the live map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no customer support. I enquired about expansion and upgrading and never received a response. I then decided it was best to cancel the service and part ways. This was April 2021. 1 year later, the executive team has still not terminated my subscription (even though) it has been in process. I have not paid my invoices since October and every month I get a call from the account manager about the cancellation, but I am still here. Please do not sign with them. If you need assistance, you will never get it. They will sign you up and sell you the best service and response, but after you sign, you will never hear from them again. There have been multiple issues with reporting and delivery of automated reports. The web interface also gets weird when your computer is zoomed-in which a lot of my co-workers do because they are old and blind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
