Many times, unqualified candidates apply for jobs, and success rate of finding the "ideal" candidate is not always applicable. What we loved about this software is the ability to post ads to multiple platforms (both free and paid). It saved us time as we didn't have to go to separate job boards, all of this was done in a few simple steps. It also helped us post on social media websites like LinkedIn and Twitter Social status. Browsing resumes was also a plus, as this can be done from inside the application even though it was configured automatically to import resumes into Bullhorn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What we disliked about the platform is too many fields to fill. Although it saves time on the long run, there was a few unnecessary steps and fields to fill in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use broadbean as part of the Careerbuilder platform - great insights into our data in an easy-to-digest format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My employer uses broadbean to integrate with our ATS to allow for simple job posting to a variety of job boards. Currently we use it to connect with Monster, Dice, and The Ladders but broadbean is capable of posting to many more sites. In addition, the system also shows us how many remaining postings we have on any of those sites. Because we are a professional staffing firm and post many jobs on a daily basis, having this real-time inventory information available right at the posting screen is incredibly useful.

As an administrator of the system, I like that I can assign different users to specific groups within my company and the system knows how many postings on each job board that given group has available. Moving users between groups is a breeze as is both setting new users up and shutting old users down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that would be helpful if (and to be fair, maybe this is possible and I just haven't figured out how to do it yet) we could set up a user to have the ability to post on behalf of another group. For example, we have some folks that work in administration here that we'd like to be able to post/repost jobs to help out some of our busier groups. However, that requires me to go in and change their department to be that of the team they're trying to post jobs for. It's a little clunky and it'd be nice if that were possible in a more elegant way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
