No frills tool that does what it says on the tin. You can link it to your ATS / CRM, job boards and social profiles and it will push out all of your postings. Ad responses are then received to your email and tracked centrally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I never find much use for the 'CV Portal' feature where you rate the ad responses as prefer to use my email inbox where I can reply to and keep track of all responses in one place. It's also not the most advanced or fully featured tool, but that's not necessarily a bad thing to keep things simple and reliable, instead of unnecessarily complicated. Broadbean effectively streamlines the recruitment process in an area which has always bothered me most, posting job adverts on multiple job boards. Back in the old days I used to do this with a combination of Word documents and copy and pasting data between Word and multiple job boards but each job board has a specific set of criteria that you must follow when posting adverts and so the process was lengthy and overly complicated as well as time consuming and BORING. With Broadbean I literally paste my advert into the software one time and then it sorts everything else out behind the scenes and posts to all of our job sites as well as to our own website and to linkedin. To be honest, what is there to dislike about something that saves you time and brainpower? My only criticism is probably that the website itself looks a little bit dated and could do with a refresh and a cleaner UI / UX to bring it up to date with software like Bullhorn, which we also use with Broadbean.
