I am able to access my software and files from any location. I'm a Drake Software user and rather than switch to an online Tax program, Verito makes working from various locations possible with ease! I use Verito daily! I'm also able to print locally while in Verito. I am so glad I didn't have to quit using Drake! Support is always timely and helpful. Setup was a breeze. The very few times I've needed support, I had a resolution in minutes! I've only experienced an issue with logging into the server once and they resolved it so fast! No downtime with Verito! I like that there are no lags with Verito hosting. Previous hosting platforms I have used had many instances where the hosting was down and for a period of time longer than it should have been. I've had one instance in over 3 years with Verito and the down time was less than 10 minutes. I am a year-round accountant with a small staff of professionals and really need access to our tax and accounting softwares without disruptions. Verito has really provided that.

Service with any issues with hosting are super quick whether you call them or send an email. Previous hosting took hours for a resolution. Never have I had that issue with Verito. There customer service is absolutely amazing!
