**What do you like best about Veritas Backup Appliances?**

Out of the box integration with Netbackup backup software with the ability to replicate to other 5240 appliances in Disaster recovery sites.
Call home capability in case a problem is detected.

**What do you dislike about Veritas Backup Appliances?**

Integrations with 3rd party Storage Area Network storages is very poor compared to HPE StoreOnce and EMC Data Domain

**Recommendations to others considering Veritas Backup Appliances:**

Buy the memory expansion from the beginning

**What problems is Veritas Backup Appliances solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved some issues related to power once firmware was installed the issue was resolved.
Very good support and great response time.
