"Compliance-Driven, Secure Conferencing Solution"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Verishow?

What I value most about Verishow is its compliance-centric design built for regulated finance work, especially its localized data storage and detailed user permission settings. Since we’re an investment firm bound by strict financial privacy rules, keeping all meeting data in-house is non-negotiable. Every client portfolio recording and shared financial file stays saved on our private servers instead of outside cloud providers, making audit preparations far simpler for our compliance team. Its granular access controls save our team from accidental sensitive data leaks. From my admin panel, I set different access levels: back-office staff cannot download meeting archives, while portfolio managers and compliance experts get full access to client consultation logs. This role-based setup removes lots of compliance risks in daily operations. I’m also pleased with its automatic resource allocation. On busy weekdays when multiple client reviews and internal risk meetings run simultaneously, the platform balances server resources automatically to avoid video lag or screen freeze. It cuts down my regular IT tuning work significantly and lets our advisors hold steady, professional virtual meetings with high-net-worth investors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verishow?

its built-in reporting tool lacks customizable export formatting aligned with our compliance audit standards. The system only outputs preformatted CSV files with fixed data fields for call time and participant lists. Each quarter before regulatory audits, I must manually rearrange and filter exported logs inside Excel to separate internal committee meetings from billable high-net-worth client consultations. Custom drag-and-drop report templates would cut multiple hours of repetitive spreadsheet editing every audit cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Verishow: Reliable Service with Stellar Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Verishow?

I like Verishow because it is very automated, which is perfect for my job, especially with the automated caller feature. It programs calls based on the calendar and directly sends emails, which I find very helpful. Verishow always has good reception, and I think it is a very good service. I also appreciate that it's an intellectual company and they're the best. Additionally, the setup was simple, mainly just connecting lines, and the service can interact with other companies to forward calls to live receptionists. That's something I value. What do you dislike about Verishow?

Well, the only thing that could be improved is the on hold calls, you know, like, to have more calls being on hold. I would like for it to have more calls at the same time. You know, like, more calls coming in faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhancing Customer Engagement with Verishow"
5/5
What do you like best about Verishow?

I use Verishow mainly to connect with customers in real time and guide them through processes when needed. What makes it useful is the ability to talk, share screens, and guide users step-by-step on a website through co-browsing. I like how it makes online interactions feel more human and that the co-browsing feature stands out as it is really helpful when I need to walk a customer through a process step by step. It makes communication more effective and personal. The setup was pretty straightforward and once done, the team started using it without much training. Overall, Verishow works well for real-time customer engagement, and I rate it 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verishow?

Overall, Verishow works well for real-time customer engagement, but there are a few small areas where it could be even better. The interface, while functional, could feel a bit more modern and intuitive, especially for new users getting started. There are also times when having a bit more flexibility in customization or integrations would make it easier to align with different business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Customer Support with Real-Time Co-Browsing"
4/5
What do you like best about Verishow?

I use Verishow to provide real-time customer support through video chat and co-browsing, which allows me to guide customers step-by-step while they navigate. I like the co-browsing feature combined with live video support because it lets me see the same page the customer is viewing and helps resolve problems much faster. Customers can join a session directly from the browser without installing anything, which makes it easy to start helping them immediately. I really enjoy how VeriShow combines multiple support tools in one session, like co-browsing, video chat, and document sharing, which makes it easier to explain things clearly and create a more interactive support experience. The initial setup was quite easy, allowing us to start running our first support sessions within the same day. The fact that it’s browser-based and doesn’t require software installation made the setup process smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verishow?

One area where Verishow could improve is performance on slower internet connections. In some sessions, video or screen synchronization can lag slightly, which makes real-time guidance a bit harder. Another aspect is the user interface for agents. While the core features work well, the dashboard could be more modern and organized so it’s easier to manage multiple sessions and access tools quickly during a live support call. I also think additional integrations with CRM and helpdesk platforms would be helpful. Deeper integrations would make it easier to automatically link support sessions with customer records and track interactions more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive Demos Made Easy with Verishow"
4/5
What do you like best about Verishow?

I love how Verishow allows me to deliver live, personalized presentations, share my screen, and guide customers through our solutions in an engaging way. It's excellent for keeping prospects engaged and focused during presentations, unlike regular video calls. The platform is easy to set up and use, with no need for complicated training or technical support, saving me a lot of time before meetings. I also really appreciate its stability during live sessions, as there are almost no glitches or interruptions. It helps me build stronger connections with prospects quickly by delivering clear, professional, and interactive demos, which assists in moving my sales process forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verishow?

While Verishow works well for core demo needs, there are a few areas I think could be improved. First, the customization options for demo interfaces and branding are somewhat limited, making it harder to fully align the platform with our company’s visual identity. Second, advanced analytics and tracking features are missing, such as detailed engagement metrics or viewer behavior during demos, which would help me better evaluate performance. Third, integrations with some popular CRM and meeting tools are not as seamless as I would like, requiring extra steps to sync data. Lastly, certain interactive functions like real-time annotations or collaborative tools could be more flexible to enhance audience participation. Overall, it’s a reliable tool for basic product demos, but these enhancements would make it more powerful for professional sales use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Live Engagement with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Verishow?

I like Verishow for hosting interactive product walkthroughs where visitors can see real-time screens, ask questions, and get guided support. It helps me explain ideas clearly and close deals. Verishow removes long back and forth messages by letting me explain things live, show my screen, answer doubts instantly, and understand customer needs faster, which improves conversions. I also enjoy the ease of starting live sessions, showing ideas visually, guiding visitors in real-time, and turning normal website chats into real human conversations. Live sessions help me understand visitor intent faster, while screen guidance allows me to explain complex steps clearly, reducing confusion, building trust quickly, and increasing chances of conversion. I also like that the initial setup was very easy and quick with clear steps and simple integration, allowing the team to start using Verishow and running live sessions the same day. I connect Verishow with my CRM and email marketing tools to track visitor activity, save session notes, and continue conversations later without losing context. Overall, Verishow makes customer interaction more personal, faster, and clearer than most tools and genuinely helps improve engagement and conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verishow?

Sometimes session loading can feel slow on weak internet and more customization options for chat layout, analytics, and follow up automation would make Verishow even more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Remote Triage Tool for Field Services"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Verishow?

I really appreciate Verishow's low-bandwidth optimization, which makes it stand out from other remote support tools. It is specifically built for rural U.S. field service, ensuring stable visual clarity even with spotty 4G, limited Wi-Fi, or 2G connectivity. The adaptive streaming is perfect for technical work like HVAC or electrical repairs, maintaining a stable feed with sharp details. The lightweight mobile app for iOS and Android uses minimal data and battery, making it ideal for techs on the road. We've never had a session drop or freeze in rural areas, which is something Zoom and other video tools couldn't offer. The initial setup was incredibly simple and fast, without the complexity of enterprise-level onboarding, taking less than 2 hours for our team to get up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verishow?

When a tech is in a zero-connectivity area and needs support, they have no way to capture video/photo evidence of the issue and have it automatically sync to Verishow once connectivity is restored. Instead, techs have to manually take photos/videos with their phone camera, store them locally (risk of loss/corruption), and then manually upload/share them once they get service—this delays remote support by hours (or days) and leads to unfinished jobs or second truck rolls. "Engaging Content Creation with Powerful Storytelling"
4/5
What do you like best about Verishow?

I love using Verishow to create and produce creative content in different and entertaining styles to attract engagement for my brand. It effectively targets a very specific and focused audience. I find storytelling and clips very powerful. People usually ignore ads, but Verishow makes them more engaging, which increases their reach on social media manyfolds and helps my brand name be memorized by customers easily. The way Verishow presents content through storytelling is my favorite feature. Whether entertaining or emotional, the stories create a space in people's hearts, regardless of whether they become my customers, spreading my brand by word of mouth. We tried many products like Canva and Adobe, but we stayed with Verishow because it suits us and is easy to use while providing maximum features in a unique way. It's not simply an editing tool. The initial setup was quite simple, like normal account creation, and we followed the steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verishow?

There are very limited ways to track engagement. And time limit is very short. Both the things can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Precision Feedback and Crystal-Clear Sharing"
4/5
What do you like best about Verishow?

I really appreciate Verishow's lossless visual sharing and pixel-perfect annotation tools, which are essential features for visual collaboration. Unlike other tools that compress high-res designs into blurry versions, Verishow maintains every detail, ensuring 4K graphics, tiny iconography, and small text all look crisp. With its pinpoint annotation tool, I can drop comments exactly on a pixel, not just a general area, turning vague feedback into precise instructions. This has cut down rework on design projects by at least 50% for my team. I also love that getting started as a solo user is as simple as it gets, and it fits perfectly into our team's workflow, offering seamless integration with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verishow?

I don't like that there are no pre-made templates for things like wireframing, mood boards, or content calendars to speed up work. Also, there aren't any vector drawing tools or shape customization, like resizable grids or custom icons, and there's no layer functionality for organizing elements. It's a bit annoying that I can't import custom assets directly into the whiteboard without having to upload them as separate files and link them. I think it would be great if they could add a template library for common creative workflows and upgrade the whiteboard with basic vector tools, layer support, and a drag-and-drop library for custom or brand assets. It would also be cool to convert whiteboard sketches or elements into annotatable assets, so feedback can be pinned directly, just like design files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Engagement, Needs Brand Customization"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Verishow?

I really like Verishow's 1-click, browser-based engagement as it eliminates customer friction completely. The seamless, in-session integration with Egnyte is fantastic for secure, version-controlled content sharing. Also, the initial setup was extremely straightforward and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verishow?

I dislike that there's no regional branding customization in VeriShow. The embedded call buttons, session landing pages, and in-session UI are limited to a single global brand kit, which doesn't let us create regional brand variants. This creates a disjointed brand experience for global customers. Also, I think the in-session UI lacks the flexibility to align with regional UX preferences, and doesn't allow content brand alignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
