What do you like best?
Veris is very smooth ans user friendly. Visitor entry has become hassle free post implementation.

What do you dislike?
The room booking systems needs more updation where the room can be booked through the display outside the room. Bookings to be cancelled if not started within certain time. Room booking to be integrated with outlook calender to easily check which room is available or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
Veris covers the entire set of visitor management requirement of a mid-sized company.
Facial recognition, Multi location, Intuitive mobile apps, integration with HR and IT systems, secure and scalable platform, quick TAT in support, interactive and easy interface for receptionists or security guards.
The overall experience of the product is truly amazing and many times appreciated by our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
They really stick to their roadmap (It is not a dislike but can be taken as a suggestion. )
Veris should be more open for any kind of customization requirement as per customer need. We did ask for several other features; out of which 70% were delivered which was on their roadmap, but for the remaining features we have to hire some other company.

What do you like best?
It's collecting all the information about Visitors/Vendors. So, we can easily review it. No Register is required to make a entry at Reception. Everything is in Digital format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
