I appreciate my ability to utilize the graphs within the platform and track each of the metrics I am being graded upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Verint Quality Management?
It can be difficult to create the graphs to document an individuals performance. Not all individuals have access to create these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
