A lot of tabs to click on at first so it can be confusing. There's confusion on how quickly it updates itself so you never know when you did well and that can cause some stress because I like to identify the days when I did well because I try my best to replicate those days. Sometimes I do think that Verint can be a little glitchy but that's every app ever. For the most part, the regular days outnumber the glitchy days.
