Telligent Community Platform provides an entire solution of a community platform to be used by businesses and enterprises. What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)? Some of the functionality feel half finished and not completely baked in. Developers in my team had to rectify and resolve majority of the issues and create a custom solution of their own which is time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. For my business, it was really helpful to use the tool which gave me access to various Script API using Velocity & .net for backend.
