**What do you like best about Verint Coaching Bot?**

I like that it gives instant coaching during calls, which helps agents fix mistakes right away. The wrap-up summaries are also useful because they save time and give a quick view of what happened in the call.

**What do you dislike about Verint Coaching Bot?**

Sometimes the prompts can pop up too often and distract the agent. Also, the summaries could be a bit shorter and more direct.

**What problems is Verint Coaching Bot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps agents improve while they are on the call instead of waiting for feedback later. The summaries also make it faster to review calls, so we can spend more time coaching and less time listening to full recordings.

Price of deployment for Latin American company, they have to create a different tier in prices

Have to take agent to one one meeting to provide feed and showthem what they can do better

**What do you like best about Verint Coaching Bot?**

The Verint Real-Time Agent Assist technology is cutting edge and makes the lives of our internal and external customers easier.  RTAA provides a clean application that provides in the moment needed information to our internal staff and way that is easily digestable.  The feedback from our users is that they really enjoy the seamlessness of how the tool interacts with their existing user interface.

**What do you dislike about Verint Coaching Bot?**

The only piece of feedback I would have around RTAA is the lack of out of the box reporting.  There needs to be a way to determine not only utilization of the tool but also if the information being provided by the tool is being edited by the user and how often they are editing it.

**What problems is Verint Coaching Bot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently RTAA is helping  our staff stay even more engaged with our customers by allowing us to focus on the conversation with the caller and allowing the tool to document the summary of the conversation automatically.
