Unlike standard visitor check-in apps that hold sensitive data on third-party cloud servers and fail during internet outages, VeriGuest runs on offline-capable tablets designed to keep operations moving without interruption. We provide the seamless, cost-effective tablet check-in experience facilities want, backed by the enterprise-grade security and compliance protocols they require. For IT and legal departments, VeriGuest delivers absolute data sovereignty. Standard visitor management systems create compliance liabilities under privacy frameworks like PIPEDA and PIPA by storing digital NDAs and visitor logs off-site. VeriGuest removes this third-party data risk entirely. Our platform routes 100% of your visitor data directly into your own local storage or existing Microsoft SharePoint environment. You retain complete ownership and control over your sensitive compliance data at all times. For Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Directors, VeriGuest acts as an automated compliance gatekeeper. Before a contractor or visitor steps onto the facility floor, our system enforces mandatory safety briefings and captures digital NDAs right at the kiosk. Furthermore, VeriGuest automates credential collection by prompting contractors to submit essential qualifications, such as journeyman tickets, directly to the facility. This ensures your site remains perfectly aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 auditing standards without the administrative headache of chasing down paperwork. For Plant Managers and Operations teams, business continuity is paramount. VeriGuest features a robust local sync architecture that keeps multiple gates and entrances communicating effectively. If your facility experiences an internet blackout, our offline-capable kiosks continue processing visitors and contractors seamlessly. This guarantees zero operational bottlenecks at the front gate, preventing costly delays and keeping your logistics pipeline moving efficiently. By combining flexible tablet hardware with uncompromising industrial-grade software, VeriGuest delivers the ultimate secure visitor management solution for complex environments.
