We moved from our current supplier to Verifile in February 2023 and have been very pleased with service we have recevied so far. Where some of checks would take weeks to come back with a final report, with Verifile, they are coming back much quicker, even same day! This has meant we have reduced our turnaround times by more than three quarters. Our Account Manager is readily available, at the end of the phone or email and we have regular catch ups via Teams, to talk about our account, anything coming up, any issues orproblems. Right to work checks can now be completed online, so we can ensure everyone has the right to work in the UK before their start date with us. The team are always available to assist with queries via phone or email, provide accurate reports and provide all the features and checks we require. We can go through some periods where we don't use Verifile as often, but that's no reflection on Verifile, and purely a reflection of our client requirements at the time.
