## About VerifiedVisitors
Our Virtual CISO is a new AI driven intelligence security tool, to allow smaller companies without a dedicated Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to actively monitor traffic and audit websites and APIs automatically. VerifiedVisitors has a free Virtual CISO offering, that allows any website admin to clean up their Robots.txt file, manage and audit all their bot activity, as well as receive alerts on suspicious bot traffic and other attacks. Automatic Integration with CDN cloud services such as AWS CloudFront and Cloudflare.

**What do you like best about VerifiedVisitors?**

It was simple to set up and simple to use, 
when I had questions or issues, customer support responded quickly including me in discussions about solutions
It was easy to integrate with Cloudflare, which is a recommended mode of use
The dashboard and

**What do you dislike about VerifiedVisitors?**

It is still a young product. I needed a little more handholding than probably a customer should, but they were good about it and the response was quick
The help files need updating, and it is challenging to create a rule
Should have an alert feature to email or otherwise send a message to a third party app like datadog when there is something to look at. It may be there, but again, this is not clear in the help/documents

**What problems is VerifiedVisitors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Verified Visitors is watching the site 24x7 and blocks bad traffic so I don't have to monitor it. The initial setup is easy, It is a great product and cost-effective. For most small websites the basic price will do.
