Verified First has a very advanced platform that allows the user an unmatched control and visibility over the background check process. What do you dislike about Verified First? The customer service at Verified First has decreased significantly. Recommendations to others considering Verified First: A few words of advice: 1) Make sure that you are getting a competitive price. Verified First was not at all cost-competitive with other providers. 2) Make sure that Verified First can accommodate all of your needs.
