I have the ability to generate custom reports, as well as add/manage users and their authorizations on my own, which was a feature I greatly miss. **What do you dislike about Verified First?** The customer service at Verified First has decreased significantly. We have had incorrect results reported, experienced website connectivity issues, billing issues, etc. **Recommendations to others considering Verified First:** A few words of advice: 1) Make sure that you are getting a competitive price. Verified First was not at all cost-competitive with other providers. 2) Make sure that Verified First can accommodate all of your needs. We had some promises about future services that Verified First would be able to accommodate that never materialized. **What problems is Verified First solving and how is that benefiting you?** None currently. Initially, Verified First helped us revitalize our background check processes and bring them into the age of technology. I understand that Verified First is expanding rapidly currently, but I believe they are losing focus on their core business as well as their clients. ### 2.
