We had a really good relationship manager and product manager who were very knowledgeable and consistently helpful in understanding our queries and in accommodating our specific security needs throughout the engagement, every step of the way. There was some miscommunication with the implementation manager; an appropriate communication channel was not set up, and therefore it was very difficult to maintain contact about urgent issues during a critical phase of the integration. Surepay provides VOP request-and-response services for us, which benefits our team because we don't have to build or operate that infrastructure; we only need to maintain our APIs. They care a lot about their customers. Whenever I want to speak to them, they’re really responsive, and proactive in finding solutions.
