I think you are moving in the right way to have a possibility to read data from other documents, like address reading. That will be useful. Removing bugs is also speeded up. **What do you dislike about Veriff?** I think there could be more options for customization, as every customer has their own needs. Options to add different screens or structures of the process, so it would be possible to create the flow that you need for the process. **What problems is Veriff solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have less manual work, as obviously incorrect sign-ups are rejected, and we don't need to deal with them, who presented paper instead of documents, or have other suspicious behavior.
