What do you like best about Verblio?

What do you dislike about Verblio?

We discovered one writer who wrote a series of articles plagiarized our articles. We sent customer support proof and acknowledged the incident and said they would give us credit to redo them. However, after a month and multiple follow-ups, we still get a notice stating that the resolution is pending and there's no timeline on when things will be resolved. At this time, we've had to make a decision to re-do it in order to meet our deadline.

It's one thing to not have a trusted QA process for plagiarism (as a content writing service). But the resolution time is unacceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verblio?

I like that I can find the right type of writer for my needs. They're usually pretty consistent and you can request the same one. It starts to feel like they are part of your own in-house team. I don't have to hassle with payroll or developing a relationship with the writer outside the scope of their service offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verblio?

There is not much I dislike about the service. If you offer generic instructions, you get generic results. But a good writer will do a little bit of research. If you can offer the instruction and knowledge, they will deliver. Oftentimes, if something does end up being inaccurate, they will write in a way that a few word tweaks will put it back in place. For best results, ensure that you have subject matter experts in-house that you can interview before sending over instructions. Assure your experts that they do not have to be a wordsmith. Verblio is a huge part of my content marketing strategy. They also have helped with magazine article subscriptions. So they are part of our thought leadership initiatives.
