The best part about Verblio is the cost and quick turnaround time on project deliverables. Selecting a writer once you've found one that is a good match is excellent for consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Verblio? Sometimes the writers will miss their deadlines, and there is no way to notify them of this. They also don't provide any reasoning for why the deadline was missed. This has caused me to miss deadlines with clients, which can be frustrating. Also, some of the writers are not great writers. Works for several clients needs." 5/5 What do you like best about Verblio? It simplifies ordering content on a regular basis. Once the client is set up and a great writer is found you are set for the long term. Other competitors have a similar process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Verblio? The setup process can be a bit complex as they do not provide forms for customers to fill out. We ended up re-creating their setup form on our own website to achieve a better process. Recommendations to others considering Verblio: The white-label solution is not perfect. It is limited and if clients need to download it as a word doc to edit they are unable. The submissions are fast and content is well-written. One problem is since it's always a different writer, the tone for every piece is different. But that's bound to happen with content services. All of the writers we worked with directly received the same information as Verblio, but Verblio's content was consistently worse, did not take into account any of the feedback we provided, and in some cases even just copied and paste content from their previously submitted pieces. What do you dislike about Verblio? The account manager either didn't pass feedback along to writers or the writers they sourced for this project weren't qualified. Hiring Verblio ended up causing 20+ hours of rewrites. They copied and pasted sections of the content of one page into multiple other assignments we gave them.
