I liked how well it worked for our campus. It was easy to use once setup and generally was something our students liked. Our media team handles hundreds of videos ranging from high-quality audio to the lowest of I-phone recordings, and Verbit has yet to disappoint me in terms of captions. Verbit has been very good at detecting medical terminology that not all AI caption generators catch. It correctly identifies sentences and spaces as well, rarely do we ever have to make edits to a transcript. And if we do, it is only a single word in most cases. The UI is unclear on how to edit the captions, make sure they are saved, and then send that update back to the Vimeo video. It is possible but the process I think could be more straightforward. My customer success manager has been so engaged and helpful. In addition to helping with standard requests and needs, she has gone above and beyond to help facilitate a much needed SSO feature.
