RCMS is a great service that offers a different aspect to collecting claims. The RCMS team provides monthly reports so that you can look at the health of your business in real time. What do you like best about Veradigm Revenue Cycle Services?

They have a very robust program. There is the ability to customize quite a bit within the system to make it work well for individual practices. There are usually multiple ways to do things so users can pick what fits best with their workflow and processes. There are quite a few "add-on" programs available to do extra things. What do you dislike about Veradigm Revenue Cycle Services?

Tech support can be difficult to deal with. They do not always thouroughly read the help tickets to understand the problem and find a solution quickly. As a "super user" for my clinic, I frequently end up explaining to tech support how their own program works. There tend to be some "bugs" that are random and not easily reproducable, which makes them hard to find and fix. Some tickets take long to resolve. The add on programs are great but do not always integrate seemlesly with the main program. In addition, they have separate IT teams so it sometimes takes us, the client, coordinating the two tech teams to figure out the program and get it fixed. There are areas of the system where we feel like there should be more customization, and it makes sense because the same customization exsists in a simillar section, but they are not great at taking that feedback and implementing any changes.They are very quick to say something is a "known issue" or "working as expected" when there are issues. As someone who relies on a smooth workflow, my favorite thing about Veradigm is definitely the user-friendly interface. It makes navigating all the daily tasks a breeze. Plus, generating reports used to be a time-consuming hassle, but Veradigm makes it so much simpler. No more scrambling to pull everything together – now I can get the insights I need quickly. Allscripts is extremely easy to use in comparison to other EMR systems I have used. The learning curve is far easier than most systems. It's intuitive and easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leat helpful about allscripts is only one thing that allscripts need to work on the thing that is in the encounters that ar notes/ previous followup notes posting tab is lying under the right click of the encounters. I have always liked the spreadsheet layout, and the medical records document management program. I like that you can delete notes that are no longer relevant. I like the denials management portion of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
