Its customer support and training is also contributing to the overall satisfaction of users. **What do you dislike about Veradigm Payerpath?** While integration is the key strength, somewhere I encounter challenges while integrating Allscripts Payerpath with our existing healthcare system. **What problems is Veradigm Payerpath solving and how is that benefiting you?** It really solved inaccurate billing, delayed payments. Manual claims processing was kind of headache but Allscript PayerPath really is a helpful. ### 2. With this new generation system, we don't need to worry about third-party insurers providing their inputs. The system itself handles all this task internally and BINGO we wrap up the tasks easily and quickly. **What do you dislike about Veradigm Payerpath?** The only issue we faced was related to interface, the data integrity sometimes seems to be challenging and causing trobles but anyhow earlier we used to more serious drawbacks than this. **Recommendations to others considering Veradigm Payerpath:** If you are overburdened with lots of manual tasks in claims processing, believe me, Allscripts PayerPath is the one-step solution for you. **What problems is Veradigm Payerpath solving and how is that benefiting you?** The critical issue was processing claims for patients. Insurances payments usually come over smoothly. **What do you dislike about Veradigm Payerpath?** Not as user-friendly as other clearinghouse websites out there. Cumbersome correcting rejected claims. Program has a tendency to log you out even while actively using the program. This can be very frustrating when working claims. **What problems is Veradigm Payerpath solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Payerpath to deal with rejected claims before they are sent on to the insurance payers. ### 7. Extremely easy to use and user friendly. Some many features to breakdown the total number of claims transmitted for your practice. You can check patient insurance eligibility in real-time which is a great added bonus and a tool to easily implement to all users making it possible to resubmit rejected claims due to inaccurate insurance information without having to research elsewhere. **What problems is Veradigm Payerpath solving and how is that benefiting you?** helping improve payments because you can easily and quickly identify why a claim failed and wasnt able to be transmitted to the insurance.
