Veracly is a continuous website compliance monitoring platform built for small and medium businesses and the digital agencies that serve them. Every week, Veracly automatically scans your public website against five major regulations — the European Accessibility Act (EAA), GDPR + ePrivacy, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the UK Equality Act, and Ontario's AODA — and produces a multi-page, audit-ready PDF report in your choice of seven languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and Polish. Each finding in a Veracly report is mapped to the specific regulation it breaches, scored by severity, and paired with a copy-paste developer fix. Reports are cryptographically signed (Ed25519) and anchored in a public audit ledger, so a regulator, customer, or procurement team can independently verify any PDF at veracly.app/verify without a Veracly account. On every scan, Veracly checks four categories: WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility via the axe-core engine; GDPR and ePrivacy cookie behavior including pre-consent network capture and banner parity; third-party tracking pixels and trackers; and the presence and freshness of required legal pages (privacy policy, cookie policy, accessibility statement, imprint). Veracly is deliberately not a cookie banner, not a runtime accessibility overlay, and not a generic GRC platform. It does not inject scripts into your site to claim compliance, and it does not certify you to a SOC 2 auditor. It audits the cookie banner you already use, the accessibility your developers shipped, and the trackers your marketing team added — and tells you exactly what to change in your source code. The product position is "honest auditor, not magic widget." Pricing starts at €79 / £69 / $89 per month for solo practitioners and scales to €599 for digital agencies managing 25 client sites with white-label PDF reports and sub-account management. A free 1-URL public scan with a summary PDF is available with no signup.
