I run most part of my business using WhatsApp. So, after some recommendation from a friend, I hopped on the bandwagon to give it a try. And yes, I’m sold! I would highly recommend Vepaar. Reason being is the amazing ease of use. I managed to setup my basic e-commerce store within 30mins. The functions are intuitive, and I didn’t have to refer to the instructions/ manual for most part of the setup. I have tested my store link and made an order and received the confirmation. All in one platform that is able to capture my leads contacts. It is like a total toolkit for whatsapp marketing. It includes a CRM to manage the contacts, a semi automated quick replies function to capture more generic replies, funnel builder and an ecommerce shop. Well, I like their Support System and Vepaar has all the tools I needed to set up a profitable eCommerce business without having myself becoming an expert. We are small business which does not require big ecommerce site but just a tool to manage our whatsapp and at the same time to offer more options for our customers. Vepaar has helped us in great way. now we can message our customers as well as sell our products easily with our preferred payment gateways. It has still many important features missing for our needs. No support for inbuilt seo aspect so we have to manage our blogs separately. no rich media option or in app videos. but support have been very helpful to us to fix small bugs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
