VeoWork Timesheets is time tracking software for teams using Azure DevOps Services, with built-in timesheet approvals, budgets, and reporting. It helps engineers record time where they work and gives managers and finance clear records for project oversight, invoicing preparation, and cost reporting. Team members can enter time directly on Azure DevOps work items or use calendar and timesheet views. Hours stay connected to the work behind them, with comments, activity types, and billable status. Managers can review effort by person, project, activity, or budget, update entries in bulk, and compare recorded hours with planned effort. Flexible approval workflows support weekly, two-week, and monthly periods. Managers can review submitted timesheets, reopen them for corrections, and close completed periods to prevent further edits. VeoWork connects to AI assistants such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude through Model Context Protocol (MCP). Connected assistants can help prepare timesheets using work-item context and user-provided hours, flag entries that need attention, and create reports. Personal preferences and shared organization instructions guide these workflows, while existing access and approval permissions apply. Teams can create Excel reports with source data and pivot tables, refresh existing reports, and use the REST API to bring time data into other reporting tools. These records support billable-hours reviews, R&D reporting, and CapEx/OpEx breakdowns. Built-in migration tools help teams import existing users, activity types, budgets, and time entries, with the option to review the results before finalizing.
