VenueStack is venue and event management software that brings ticketing, table reservations, guest management, door operations, marketing, payments, and reporting into one connected platform. It is built for nightclubs, lounges, beach clubs, festivals and event venues. Sell tickets, tables and passes: publish one-off or recurring events with ticket tiers, add-ons and promo codes; take table reservations by section and timeslot with online deposits; and sell passes that admit holders across many nights. Guests buy from the venue's branded booking page or from widgets embedded on the venue's own website, pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the venue's own Stripe account, and keep tickets, bookings and passes in Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or a passwordless customer account. Run the night: scan tickets and passes on a phone or iPad, even offline; count walk-ins on a shared door counter with capacity alerts; and run the floor from a live table map with deposits, server assignments, notes and guest tags. Pulse alerts staff to unanswered table requests, unpaid deposits, waiting guest chats and failed guest emails. Grow repeat business: a customer list built from every sale, booking and chat; branded email campaigns with audience filters and automatic list hygiene; guest chat with an optional AI concierge; tracking links; and GA4, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok pixels.
