**What do you like best about SAASTEPS B2B Commerce + Payment Processing?**

We are a SaaS startup with a product led motion. Our customers and prospects need to be able to go to the website and experience the product without intervention from Featurewave. And it needs to happen without friction. SAASTEPS enables this to happen. Companies can go to our site and try the free version of the product or purchase additional products. 
The system was very easy to implement and didn't require us to make any customizations, which is always a good thing.
The SAASTEPS team was great to work with and gave us white glove treatment all the way.

We haven't discovered anything negative about the solution or the company.

SAASTEPS enables us to run the eCommerce portion of our business, which is vitally important. With a product led motion, the product has to be accessible. Our website has to be transactable, and it is.

**What do you like best about SAASTEPS B2B Commerce + Payment Processing?**

Pricing is a fraction of Salesfoce e-Commerce. Accomodation for a myriad of use cases is possible: HW products, SW products, Services, Subscriptions, etc. Everything is happening inside of SFDC, so no data leaves your org and you can leverage SFDC functionalities. For smaller companies, with more standard Salesforce processes, set up, testing, and deployment can be done in days (instead of weeks). For larger enterprises, the customization challenges -- such as full UI match of current website -- is possible (challenges are simply related to standard Salesforce technology).

Supports various standard payment processing gateways, but using their SaaSPay payment processing service yields the best experience and best rates.

In short, it is a very, very robust Salesforce e-Commerce solution for mid-size and large enterprise companies.

**What do you dislike about SAASTEPS B2B Commerce + Payment Processing?**

The same challenge I've pointed out with the CPQ solution. The ease of use, implementation is very powerful. But the flip side of it is that enterprise level customizations, which often change every couple of years, can be a bit of a challenge. Full documentation for APIs and support for customized use cases needs to be beefed up.

Having said that, customer support is excellent when you request support for a new use case.

**What problems is SAASTEPS B2B Commerce + Payment Processing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freeing up Account Executives, Order Ops, and Billing from having to work "low" $ amount sales by implementing Customer Self-Service using e-Commerce. This also has an advantage that is hard to put a dollar value to. Service offerings can be available for purchase 24/7 customized to the user. Meaning, they could buy it after an internal meeting at 6 PM, without having to contact anyone in our company. And next morning they'll be contact to set up the initial meeting to begin work. That generates customer satisfaction, even if the dollar amount for the sale is not high.

**What do you like best about SAASTEPS B2B Commerce + Payment Processing?**

It's a turnkey way to accept credit card payments in SFDC.  We had a lower-priced product we wanted to make available to individuals to purchase with a credit card, and SAASTEPS fit the bill quite nicely.  Their team was beyond responsive in working with us to fulfill our use case, up to and including modifying the package to accommodate our needs.  Our need and use case was limited to the payment processing side of things, so I can't speak to the e-commerce portion, but my experience is that SAASTEPS is an innovative, easy-to-implement tool that is highly configurable and a supremely responsive vendor that genuinely cares about their implementations and takes a vested interest in the success of their customers.

Given that the couple of issues that we had were promptly addressed by the vendor I can't say we have any dislikes.  It's a cool tool that is rekatively straightforward in its configuration.

It allows for the acceptance of credit card payments against Opportunities in SFDC with an object model that is easy to bolt additional custom functionality onto.

This native solution is perfect for our e-Commerce needs. The app is native in Salesforce and the settings are very easy to use. We have a custom sales process on the back end and Venue's support team has worked with us to make sure everything meets our needs. Any time we have had any issues, the support is quick and effective.

Nothing - as mentioned above, the support team has been quick and eager to work through any issues we have had.

We use Venue to power a storefront in our Salesforce Community. The product integrates seamlessly and provides a great end-user experience. We really like that this solution uses the native Salesforce products object and allows us to update our storefront quickly. We worked with Venue to allow our customers to use POs during the checkout process and route that order through our approval process. This solution was easy to set up and is easy to maintain.

Venue's ability to lay work with our Salesforce platform has been critical.  We have been using Venue for many years now and have been able to suggest and have improvements implemented to better the product.  The result has been a reliable and successful online store platform for our customers.

**What do you dislike about SAASTEPS B2B Commerce + Payment Processing?**

I don't have much to say on the cons side of this review.  We'll continue to work on a recent improvement to complete address verification (for shipping purposes) and other ideas as they come up.

Via further integrations with our financial system, we have a model where our products, pricing, and customers can all come together in a cohesive marketplace.  The most significant benefit from this is has been our ability to create a model for financial success for our organization.

The Venue e-commerce solution has provided our customers with a  user-friendly tool for our customers to generate quotes.  The folks at SASSTEPS are great to work and collaborate with.  I would definitely recommend Encore to organizations looking to work with a great company.

Nothing!  The solution has met all of our company's needs.

We were able to create an intuitive workflow to help our customers determine exactly which supplies are needed to run their programs based the courses and number of students.  We have been able to achieve YoY double-digit growth since we went live in 2016.

The B2B commerce makes it very easy to conduct business in Salesforce. This allows us to keep our Sales CRM and storefront orders in the same place while allowing customers to view past purchases. We can also track inventory.

When there are glitches in the system our automation are affected and our tech team does not have the access to fix those. We rely on a third-party vendor

We love how Venue was easily able to integrate into our eCommerce business utilizing Salesforce as its main driver. It is extremely user friendly and allows us to manage and track all sales and reports through that channel. We also love how it is integrated with UPS and FED EX so that we can get quick and accurate pricing.

Occasionally the system can run slow, making things difficult or cause for delays

We've been using the Venue for more than 5 years. It's built on Salesforce platform that makes it easy to implement and use. The app does what is expected from an E-Commerce solution. We had some small issues due to our customization, but SAASTEPS customer support team went above and beyond to resolve them for us. I would recommend this solution to anyone who is looking for an E-Commerce app.

Didn't come across many issues,even though we did a lot of customization.

Venue gives us a direct shopping cart interface in our Customer Portal, which allows our customers to self-checkout without the need of any internal interactions. This saves us time and money and lets us focus more on our primary mission.
