The display when there are 2 speakers for a call, it is easy to focus on both of them without having to worry about changing display settings. I have noticed some friction in regards to multiple speakers and being let out of the "backstage". Additionally, it is not clear when you join a venue call as a participant if your mic is on mute - I spent a few minutes trying to navigate I was on mute and never found a solid answer. Large meetings that exceed the number of participants supported on other video conferencing tools (such as Zoom, google meet, etc.). Benefitting the business as we are able to use the allocated time efficiently, rather than having to spend 5 minutes at the start ensuring everyone is approved from the waiting room. The fact that Venue is such interactive and real-time. It makes the team feel much more connected, even if we are miles apart. This app needs high speed Internet or it's a no go. Also, as it's a facebook product I'm not sure how much of my activity is being tracked by the team. So, that's something I have a problem with. I cannot justify the cost of this program because it does not stand up to its competitors and anytime we have needed to contact customer support it has been a disaster.
