It's a great tool to teach as well as speed up the process of policy administration. Also, the User Guide offers an excellent tutorial for the new user. **What do you dislike about Riskonnect Policy Administration?** I have not experienced any downsides of using Ventiv Policy. **What problems is Riskonnect Policy Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ventive Policy has allowed us to move from a manual rating system in Excel to a fully automated rating system that saves us weekly hours in doing our jobs. This is true for the underwriting aspect as well as verification process. Useful reports such as verifications, exposures, providers, etc. can be performed in 26 seconds instead of 20 minutes. The system does the job and produces the desired result quickly. I LOVE this system. ### 2. The design is intuitive, and easy to train new users on the application. The policy team at Ventiv is very knowledgeable and great to work with. The policy site has allowed us to expand our business in ways we would never have been able to with our previous underwriting methods. **What do you dislike about Riskonnect Policy Administration?** The ticket site can be frustrating. Staff sometimes lack the knowledge of the product to provide a quick response. We have also experienced poor communication skills. **What problems is Riskonnect Policy Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** There was a lot of manual work using multiple excel documents prior to using Ventiv. Ventiv Policy has taken a lot of stress off our underwriters and allowed them to focus on building relationships with our current members and pursuing new opportunities for our business. Also, with the ease of access to our data, our company pursued and received an A rating with AM Best. ### 3. It's user friendly and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Riskonnect Policy Administration?** I dislike the form designer. We would like to be able to create and edit forms internally. **What problems is Riskonnect Policy Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ventiv policy is fully integrated with our claims management and billing system, both of which are Ventiv products. This has allowed us to open claims using automated coverage verification. On the billing side we are fully integrated allowing us to bill quicker and process receivables. ### 4. Users can easily maneuver through the product. It is able to be customized to program it to meet the user's needs. **What do you dislike about Riskonnect Policy Administration?** The more data you have the slower the system can take when making changes. **What problems is Riskonnect Policy Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has allowed our staff to create policies for our members. We are able to provide items via the portal as well so that staff can have a paperless environment. ### 5. It is fairly easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Riskonnect Policy Administration?** It is hard to make changes to forms. Would like to be able to make those changes ourselves. **What problems is Riskonnect Policy Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Ventiv, our company was maintaining our polices with multiple home grown spreadsheets. I have been told that before Ventiv, it was a nightmare. THis was before my time with IUHRRG, so I can only imagine the pain. ### 6. Efficiencies are added and processes are streamlined. **What do you dislike about Riskonnect Policy Administration?** Various processes in the system can take a while to load and run. **What problems is Riskonnect Policy Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ventiv Policy replaces excel spreadsheets for manual Underwriting. The system automates proesses and the Portal allows members to quickly and easily renew policies, view reports and add exposures. ### 7.
