We were using a legacy system that required a lot of manual data entry from our adjusters. Still, Ventiv was able to build some custom forms for us that automatically populates system fields. We're averaging at least two hours less time spent per initial claim. It has changed the way we operate. We are much more efficient. **What do you dislike about Riskonnect Risk Management Information System (RMIS)?** The reporting took some time to configure to get it the way we like it. Now it's great, but understand that it's not all entirely plug and play. There is a learning curve, and there's even more reporting functionality if you know enough basic programming. **Recommendations to others considering Riskonnect Risk Management Information System (RMIS):** I would evaluate your current system and determine your pain points. If you need help with reporting and manual entry, Ventiv would be a great solution. Also, I'd evaluate the level of support you get from your current vendor. Ventiv's support is amazing. Love the ability to customize as much or as little as needed for either the most basic or advanced users. The enhanced search features of IRM over RiskConsole have enhanced the efficiency of updating data, searching, and building queries. **What do you dislike about Riskonnect Risk Management Information System (RMIS)?** Creating reports still requires skills and knowledge that most basic users do not possess, but often queries can be used as an alternative in a pinch. **What problems is Riskonnect Risk Management Information System (RMIS) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have simplified and automated our claim reporting process utilizing Digital forms and WFAs in IRM. This has significantly improved our lag time. ### 31. It has been our experience that an excessive amount of service hours are lost due to inefficiencies of the system or faculty of our programming team.
