**What do you like best about Riskonnect Billing?**

Autopay s great for customers that don't want to be bothered with making monthly payments.  Payment plan screen is helpful in understanding the current position of the policy.

**What do you dislike about Riskonnect Billing?**

System is difficult to use for customers who change their policy more than once during  policy term.  Installment schedules are not flexible and cause issues with customers who expect to pay a different amount.

**What problems is Riskonnect Billing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a system that would take ACH and credit card payments.  This part of the system works well.
