What do you like best about VensureHR?

What do you dislike about VensureHR?

I’ve had multiple issues with workers’ comp policy payments not being made on time, and most recently my Q1 tax report wasn’t sent in, which resulted in a fine and penalty. While vensure is taking care of it since it was their lapse, I’m disappointed there wasn’t any proactive communication. I had to reach out only after I received the notice. Additionally, this type of issue never happened with the previous company I used, and I wouldn’t expect it to happen here either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VensureHR?

I like having a direct contact with our very own specialist at VensureHR. It's great to have the support of someone outside the company. They make sure we are compliant with labor laws that we might not be aware of, which is very resourceful. The initial setup was pretty easy, and we didn't have to do much on our end, which was a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VensureHR?

The customer service could be better. Some representatives are not as responsive and don't respond in a timely manner. Follow up with clients more efficiently. From an administrator’s standpoint, the UX feels quite manual. To carry out many tasks effectively, administrators need a strong level of familiarity with how systems like this generally work in order to navigate it successfully. What do you like best about VensureHR?

I really like that VensureHR is very prompt and has clear communication. Their efficiency is impressive and as a small business, they really help take some of the stress off of us by handling all of these things. The initial setup was very easy and the team was very helpful in answering any questions we had and helping us get over any of the initial bumps and hurdles that we encountered. What do you like best about VensureHR?

Historically the way they handle all of my HR needs form payroll to benefits to answering questions and guiding me through challenging situations has been awesome. It seems like we are continually getting a new team to work with every few months and each time that happens we get worse and worse support and there are more and more mistakes. I can't even keep track of all the different contacts for all the different companies and that makes it difficult to resolve issues and there have been a plethora of issues lately to the point of it being untenable for us. What do you like best about VensureHR?

I like the personal customer service I receive from VensureHR and the timeliness in processing our payroll. It's important for me to have a good working relationship with the payroll team, and I appreciate how they can give me the specific reports I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VensureHR?

The biggest downfall is the time difference. Sometimes it's a struggle when no payroll specialist is in our same time zone. A three hour gap makes a big difference. If a situation occurs and the person who handles our payroll has already left for the day, it is an issue. I feel you need to have people who work in our same state or one with an hour's difference. What do you like best about VensureHR?

I like that that we can almost always figure out the solutions for situations and adjust the payroll if anything happens. Also the team is super attentive to OOC and other events in which we need careful and fast handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The major events like integration, reports, system locks usually tend to "crack". The system is super not flexible in terms of re-opening periods, adjusting the reports, adding last minute changes, creating OOC on my own etc. The system is also very not self-manageable and I need to approach Vensure team with every item I have.
