With one of my clients, we had a serious delay with the open enrollment process and Vensure stepped in and offered to speak to them and help calm them and reassure them that it would be done and would not have any negative affect for their company despite the delay on Vensures part. I really appreciate how VensureHR saves time and makes daily HR tasks easier to manage. The platform is user-friendly and pretty straightforward, which I find really helpful. I also enjoy using the My Favorites section on the home page because it gives me quick access to the reports and tools I use most often, making it faster and more convenient to tackle tasks. I'm impressed with the amazing team we have, as they're always helpful, responsive, and willing to assist whenever we have questions or need help. What do you dislike about VensureHR? One thing that I would like to improve but know can be resolved with the report team is the allocation report. The report parameter format # 17746CUZ does not currently include benefits in the totals, so I have to review the invoices to get the overall totals for each employee when preparing payroll reports. I really appreciate the account manager that's been assigned to us; they have great attention to detail and are always willing to help. I like how easy it is to modify things to meet our business needs, and the amount of data the system can hold and generate reports with. VensureHR offers an ample amount of tools that help us get the results we need, especially in a complex staffing organization where data is crucial. I also find their ability to integrate with our ATS and CRM system to be really beneficial. The initial setup was very easy, with their team helping us every step of the way, and having an expert available for any questions was great. The data piece can also be negative sometimes because there are so many options, that sometimes we just want it only streamlined to our business needs. For example, we only wanna see the termination options that we use, but we have access to all of the termination options that they've ever entered. And so sometimes that can be a lot. I enjoy working with our Payroll team. They are very helpful and quick to resolve issues. Pranav, our partner, has gone above and beyond a normal payroll partner. He understands problems, communicates well, and is willing to jump onto calls to help us with last-minute requests. Additionally, they have been helpful with answering questions about state laws. We hire minors and need a flagging system from VensureHR for if a minor gets hurt, but they haven't provided it. The benefits process was very frustrating; we had only one week to decide and employees had one week to select benefits. We didn't get responses to our questions for days, which was too late. We have had multiple instances of the quarterly tax returns being filed late which has resulted in our contractor's license being suspended until the filing was submitted and paid and all penalties were paid. I appreciate Jacki's support on the HR side. She is very fair, always available, understands our challenges, and helps me mediate and plan for challenges with staff when they've come up. Jacki is quick to reply via email and if I call, she's usually going to answer or call back if she's not available. This responsiveness is something I can't say for a lot of the other partners within VensureHR. I also liked that initially, VensureHR or rather Emplicitly (Vensure acquired), at that point, had a dedicated service team that was going to give us more attentive service and a cleaner time card system for our hourly employees. Their PEO benefits package was also a decent savings from what we were paying at TriNet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about VensureHR? I'm particularly dissatisfied with the benefits team, and their lack of initiative and action in following through to make sure that my team is on the right benefits package. They were not particularly responsive or great at following up. And that is why I'm actually looking to shop my PEO and leave VensureHR then I'm dissatisfied with their actions. Also, none of these transitions are particularly seamless or easy. You have to get a whole bunch of reporting, and then you have to reenroll in all your benefits, all the things. It's a challenge. I think that one of the interfaces and dashboards of VensureHR was clean. The health care options that I am able to get through America's Back Office are great. What do you dislike about VensureHR? The benefits management was incorrect, leading to a sudden change with very little notice, which was shocking and disorienting. The process seemed to involve unfamiliar email addresses, making it appear like a scam, and it included a lot of bad information. The logistics of managing employees and benefits during the switch was horrible. Additionally, different domain URLs and login pages were used for accessing various services, making it extremely difficult to know where to log in. There's a lack of harmonization in branding, systems, and logins, which adds to the confusion. It was impossible to set up initially. I was bounced around from person to person. They incorrectly set up my ACH payments causing me to incur wire transfer fees that were unreimbursed by Vensure. Then they entered by business address incorrectly so my company has been paying taxes to the wrong city and state for 7 months and has not corrected or responded to my requests on status updates. The customer service with resolving this issue has been terrible. I've been ghosted by Veronica Wareham after requesting information. The IRS now has the incorrect address for my business that will need to be corrected as well and no one from Vensure has lifted a finger to resolve the issues they created!
